Every clip produced by the generator on clankercock.com, and every clip in the Site's gallery, is synthetic imagery produced by artificial-intelligence models. No actual human performer is depicted in any Site-generated clip. Because those depictions do not involve actual sexually explicit conduct by actual persons, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to them. Every character is represented as, and is required by the Content Rules to be, an adult aged 20 or older; the Site depicts no teenagers. "Dad", "Brother", "College" and similar labels are adult roleplay personas.

Uploaded images

Users who upload a still image to start a render are the producers of that image. Uploading an image of any real person is prohibited unless the uploader is that adult or holds that adult's written consent, and the uploader is solely responsible for keeping any records that the law requires for it. Third-party hosted material
