We respect copyright and the Take It Down / similar portrait-rights regimes that apply to intimate imagery. This Site embeds third-party media and displays a curated catalog. We can remove a listing and embed from this Site when we receive a valid notice.

Copyright (DMCA-style notice)

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or clip title on clankercock.com.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

We may forward the notice to the third-party host. Removing our embed does not delete the file from RedGifs or any other platform; you should also notify that host.

Non-consensual intimate imagery / deepfakes of real people

If a clip on this Site depicts you and was published without your consent, or is a sexual deepfake of you, email the same address with a statement of the facts, a link to the item, and government-ID verification if we reasonably request it. We will remove the listing from this Site. We also recommend filing with the original host and, where applicable, using the U.S. Take It Down process or an equivalent local remedy.

CSAM and trafficking

Do not email CSAM to us. Report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC / the CyberTipline and to law enforcement. Tell us the URL on this Site so we can disable the listing.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in the United States District Court for a district where you reside (or the Southern District of New York if you are outside the U.S.).
