Privacy Policy

This Policy describes what the Site does and does not collect.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

The current Site is a static viewer. We do not operate user accounts, payment processing, or a first-party comment system.

Age-gate record (on your device only). When you check the boxes and enter, your browser stores a local flag and timestamp in localStorage. That record does not automatically transmit to our server.
Server logs. The host (currently Neocities or whatever CDN sits in front of the domain) may log IP address, user-agent, referrer, and requested URLs as part of ordinary web hosting. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.
Third-party players. When a clip plays, RedGifs and similar embed providers receive the request from your browser. Their collection is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email, government ID, payment card, precise GPS, or biometric data. We do not run a first-party advertising pixel on the current build. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and similar tech

The age gate uses localStorage, which is similar to a cookie. It is used only to remember that you already affirmed you are 18+. You can clear it in your browser; the gate will appear again.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

If EU or UK data-protection law applies: hosting logs are processed as a legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site. Age-gate storage is based on your request to access restricted content and on our need to keep minors out. You may object or request erasure by clearing site data and emailing us.

6. California / similar U.S. state laws

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics. You may email us to request access or deletion of any personal information we actually hold about you. Because we do not run accounts, we may have nothing beyond transient host logs.

7. Retention

Device-side age-gate data stays until you clear it. Host logs follow the host's retention schedule.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor used the Site, contact us and we will delete any data we control.

9. Changes

We will update the effective date when this Policy changes.
