Effective date: October 4, 2026.
clankercock.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by RIOT MOTION LLC, displays clips generated by the operator and embeds some third-party video. Clips users generate are not stored or displayed by the Site. The operator respects copyright, the right to one's own image, and the laws against non-consensual intimate imagery. This page explains how to get something removed and what happens when you ask.
Copyright (17 U.S.C. § 512 notice)
If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to the designated agent below that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
- The exact URL, clip title or other information that lets us locate the material on clankercock.com.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Designated agent: Copyright Agent, RIOT MOTION LLC (operator of CLANKER COCK), [email protected]. Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements above may not be acted on. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, is liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
For a clip hosted by a third party and merely embedded here, removing our embed does not delete the file from the third-party host; notify that host as well. We may forward your notice to the host or to the user who published the material.
Counter-notice
If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the district in which you reside (or the Southern District of New York if you reside outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices, or a single notice involving flagrant infringement, are terminated. Coins, membership time and unpublished renders on a terminated account are forfeited.
Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual deepfakes of real people
If a clip on the Site depicts you, or an identifiable person you are authorized to act for, in an intimate or sexual way without consent, including as an AI-generated or edited likeness, email [email protected] with: a link to or title of the clip; a statement that the depicted person did not consent; your name and a way to contact you; and, if we reasonably ask, proof that you are the person depicted or their authorized representative. We will remove the clip, and any identical copies we can identify, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act and similar laws, and we will not require a court order to do so. We may also terminate the account that published it, preserve the evidence and report the matter to law enforcement. You should also report to the original host if the material appears elsewhere and may use the remedies available under your local law.
Child sexual abuse material
Do not send us the material. Report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org and to law enforcement, and tell us the URL or title on the Site so we can disable it. We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC as 18 U.S.C. § 2258A requires, preserve the evidence, and terminate the account.
Trademark, right of publicity and other claims
For trademark, right-of-publicity, defamation, privacy or other claims about material on the Site, email the same address with the URL or title, a description of the right you assert and why the material violates it, and your contact details. We will review and act as we consider appropriate.
How removals work
Removal from the Site hides the clip from the gallery and, where the clip is hosted on our video host, deletes it from that host. Cached, embedded or downloaded copies that exist elsewhere are outside our control. We may keep an internal copy as evidence of a violation and for legal compliance.
